All listed prices are in USD. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Taxes may be calculated at checkout by the payment processor based on your billing location.
After purchase, BeSofty will send access or onboarding instructions to the email address used at checkout. If access does not arrive, contact us and include your order email.

Who processes payments?
Online card payments may be processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle may appear on your card statement and handles applicable tax calculation where required.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Subscription customers can cancel future renewals. Access remains available through the end of the paid billing period unless a product-specific policy says otherwise.
Do you offer refunds?
Refund requests are reviewed under our Refund Policy. Duplicate charges, billing errors, non-delivery, or material technical issues are reviewed case by case.
Do individual products have separate pricing?
Yes. BeSofty products may also be sold through their own websites, app stores, or marketplaces. Product-specific pricing, terms, and refund rules apply when published.
Do you support annual billing?
Annual billing and custom packages are available for some accounts. Contact BeSofty if you need invoice-based purchasing or a custom agreement.
