Flow Recorder

Record a workflow once. Replay it, or hand it to someone else as a guide.

Capture live browser journeys and turn them into repeatable automations, SOPs, onboarding tours, and product documentation without code.

The problem

Every team has processes that live in one person's head and a screenshot folder nobody updates. Writing them down takes hours, and the instructions are stale the next time the interface changes. Automating them properly usually means writing selectors and maintaining a test suite nobody owns.

What it does

The capabilities you are actually evaluating.

Record a real session

Clicks, form entries and navigation are captured as you work, in the browser you already use. There is nothing to script.

Replay with smart selectors

Steps re-resolve against the page rather than against fixed coordinates, so a layout change does not silently break the run.

Publish as a guide

The same recording becomes an interactive walkthrough — useful for onboarding, support handoffs and product documentation.

Share journey maps

A recorded journey shows the whole path, not one screen, which is what makes it useful for reviewing a flow rather than just repeating it.

Where it fits

Situations this was built for.

  • Turning a support team's repeated manual check into a one-click replay
  • Documenting an internal tool that has no documentation
  • Handing a new hire a walkthrough instead of a call
  • Reproducing a bug the same way twice for QA
What you get out of it

Record clicks, forms, and navigation once

Replay reliable workflows with smart selectors

Publish guided journey maps for onboarding and support

Public proof. Public Chrome Web Store listing and active product site with pricing, docs, blog, and SaaS positioning.

Questions

Answers before you click through.

Do I need to write any code?

No. Recording happens in the browser and replay works from the recording. Writing selectors by hand is the thing Flow Recorder exists to avoid.

What happens when the site changes?

Steps re-resolve against the page rather than against fixed positions, which survives most layout changes. A structural change to a page can still require re-recording that step.

Can I share a recording with someone outside my team?

Yes — a recording can be published as a guided walkthrough, which is the usual way it reaches customers or new hires.
